About Us
Ché Orika Group operates two businesses.
Ché Orika Boutique
Women's ready-to-wear fashion. Dresses, sets, playsuits and statement pieces for women aged 20 to 35. We sell through our website, Instagram, TikTok, and our boutique in Gwarimpa, Abuja.
The Pattern House
Our B2B garment manufacturing arm. We produce for other fashion brands and designers across Nigeria. A separate brand with its own clients and identity.
This role covers marketing for both. The day-to-day focus is Ché Orika Boutique, but you will also help build The Pattern House's presence as it grows.
About the Role
As our Marketing & Creative Associate, you will be responsible for how the brand shows up online and in the market.
You will plan content, create it, post it, track what works, and adjust based on what the numbers tell you. You will also support operational marketing work including ad management, campaign planning, customer communication and coordination with the rest of the team.
This is a role where you will be involved in everything from coming up with the idea to filming it, editing it, writing the caption, posting it, and then looking at the data to figure out what to do next. You will have real ownership over the work and the space to bring your own ideas.
This role is hybrid. You will work from the boutique or on location at least two days per week, though some weeks may require more depending on shoot schedules or events. Outdoor content shoots across Abuja are a regular part of the job.
What it is like working here
We are a small, close team building two businesses at the same time. The work is fast-paced and the standards are high, but the environment is supportive. You will work directly with the founder, your ideas will be heard, and when something you create does well, everyone celebrates it.
We care about doing good work and we care about the people doing it. We give honest feedback because we want everyone to get better, not because we want to find fault. If you are the kind of person who enjoys being part of something early, having a say in how things are built, and seeing the direct impact of your work, you will enjoy it here.
